Nexus provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom Discord bots
• Automation systems
• Verification systems
• Moderation systems
• Database integrations
• Dashboard websites
• Hosting and deployment

Services may vary depending on the purchased plan or agreement.

3. Payments and Fees

• All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• Optional add-ons require additional payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are not guaranteed once development has begun.

5. License and Source Code Ownership

All software and source code created by Nexus remain the intellectual property of Nexus unless Source Code Ownership is purchased.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software.

Restrictions

• You may not resell the software.
• You may not redistribute the software.
• You may not claim the software as your own.
• You may not leak or share the source code.
• You may not use the software for illegal purposes.

Ownership Transfer

Full ownership is only transferred if Source Code Ownership is purchased. Otherwise, Nexus retains ownership rights.

License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your license if:

• You violate these Terms
• You initiate a chargeback
• You abuse or misuse the software
• You fail to complete payment

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks automatically terminate your license. You must stop using the software immediately.

7. Hosting

Hosting is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for maximum reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexus is not liable for damages, losses, data loss, or issues caused by use of our Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Services at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
